How the TopWapi leaderboard is ranked
Position on this page is a blended score, recalculated continuously from five signals. Recent activity dominates deliberately: a listing that real readers are clicking today should outrank a dormant listing that accumulated volume years ago.
| Signal | Weight | Why it counts |
|---|---|---|
| Unique clicks, last 7 days | 55% | Measures momentum — who is being discovered right now |
| Unique clicks, last 30 days | 15% | Smooths out single-day spikes and weekend dips |
| Lifetime unique clicks | 10% | Rewards listings that have proven durable |
| Promotional impressions | 10% | Reflects how actively a member promotes their listing |
| Verified / featured status | 10% | Trust signals — a verified owner controls the domain |
What never affects your rank
- How much money you spend. There is no paid position on TopWapi.
- How long you have been a member. Tenure carries no bonus.
- The size of your website. A one-person newsletter competes on equal terms.
- Page refreshes. Duplicate clicks in a day are discarded at the database level.
Climbing the leaderboard
- Write a specific title and description. Vague listings underperform specific ones by a wide margin — see our guide to toplist entries.
- Share your promotional link where your real audience already is. A newsletter footer beats a hundred reciprocal clicks.
- Pick the category your readers browse, not the one that describes your company.
- Get verified. It is worth 220 score points and a trust badge on every card.
