Advertise on TopWapi
There is no paid placement on the leaderboard — and there never will be. Here is what is available instead, and why that is a deliberate choice.
First, the thing we do not sell
You cannot buy a leaderboard position on TopWapi. Not a podium slot, not a featured badge, not a rank bump. This is not a moral position so much as a structural one: the entire value of the board comes from readers trusting that position means something. A rank that can be purchased is a rank nobody reads, and a leaderboard nobody reads sends nobody any traffic — including to you.
What is available
| Format | What you get | How to arrange it |
|---|---|---|
| Editorial partnership | A genuinely useful guest article in our guides section, written to our editorial standard, with attribution and a link. | Contact us with a proposed outline. We decline anything that is a disguised advertisement. |
| Newsletter sponsorship | A single labelled placement in an edition of our member newsletter. | Contact us — rate card on request, availability is limited. |
| Data collaboration | Joint research using aggregate, anonymised leaderboard data. We publish the methodology. | Contact us with the question you want answered. |
| Category sponsorship | Naming support for a category hub, with the leaderboard inside it unchanged and unranked by payment. | Contact us. Disclosed on the page itself. |
What we will not do
- Sell or alter a leaderboard position, in any form, at any price.
- Run display advertising, pop-ups, interstitials or third-party ad trackers.
- Publish sponsored content that is not clearly labelled as sponsored.
- Sell member or visitor data, in aggregate or otherwise.
- Place a link because it was paid for rather than because it is useful.

How to start
Send us a short message describing what you want to achieve, and we will tell you plainly whether any of the above is a fit. If it is not, we will say so rather than sell you something that will not work.
